**Club Manager**
- Location: Prospect | Reports to: General Manager_

**About the Role**

We’re looking for a **hands-on Club Manager** to lead our team, drive sales, and ensure the club runs smoothly. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a **fast-paced** environment, is highly organized, and is passionate about member experience.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Sales & Team Leadership**
- Manage **Sales Managers** to hit club sales targets.
- Oversee **Personal Trainers** to achieve individual goals.
- Conduct **daily sales meetings** and support lead generation.
- Track and report **PT uptake**

**Operations & Member Experience**
- Ensure the club is **clean, safe, and well-maintained**.
- Oversee **hourly gym floor and toilet checks**.
- Manage **cleaning staff** and order supplies weekly.
- Address **equipment issues** within 24 hours.

**Administration & Reporting**
- Process **daily transfers** and review lead status.
- Read and action **dashboard communications**.
- Complete **Medallia tasks** within 24 hours.
- Track **payroll and staff hours** to stay within budget.
- Manage **monthly P&L KPIs and forecasts** with leadership.

**Marketing & Retention**
- Create **weekly social media content** per Tommy’s brief.
- Execute **quarterly marketing & retention plans**.
- Run **weekly sales training** and submit videos to EM.
- Conduct **OD1 calls (3x a week) and member retention outreach**.

**Compliance & Safety**
- **Monitor club security (tailgates, safety checks)**.
- Maintain **Anytime Safety score of 3**.
- Ensure all club policies and procedures are followed.

- Strong leadership, **team management, and problem-solving** skills.
- Highly **organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven**.
- Passion for fitness, sales, and delivering an **outstanding member experience**.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Commission
- Performance bonus
