Certificate 3 Child Care Trainee

Our center in Denistone East is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic educator to join our friendly and supportive team, dedicated to providing high-quality care for children aged 0-5 years.
**The Role**: You will have the opportunity to gain your Certificate III in Early Childhood Education while working on the job. No need for regular TAFE classes - instead, you’ll receive paid hands-on training and practical experience to complete your Certificate III, with study time provided.
You’ll support children’s development and learning through nurturing relationships and positive interactions, and you’ll learn how to provide physical care. As a key team member, you’ll observe and document children's learning and development while assisting with the day-to-day operations of the room.
**About You (Requirements)**:
- Strong communication and excellent interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and driven
- Willingness to learn and collaborate within a team
- Ability to complete your Certificate III qualification
- Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Flexible availability between 7:30 am - 6:00 pm
- A valid Working with Children’s Check
- A genuine passion for a career in the childcare sector
