Working as part of our Business Support Team, you will be providing valued support and insights to both our front-line teams and to our customer. As a Project Coordinator reporting directly to the Business Manager, you will be at the heart of navigating technical and functional support needs to ensure that our program provides consistent, efficient, and reliable services to our customer.
Working in partnership with team leaders and peers you will gain insights into the capabilities needed to deliver a successful Defence sustainment program and grow your experience and skills accordingly. Opportunities exist to explore and grow your capabilities in providing functional support to program operations.

**Role Responsibilities**
- Coordinate team meetings and prepare supporting documentation including briefing packs, presentations, reports, project correspondence, and recording key decisions and actions.
- Manage the calendar of business events across the broad scope of individual projects, coordinating both people and project movements, as well as deadlines and milestone activities.
- Based on your previous experience and aptitude, provide dedicated support to one or more of our functional business partners and team members in the areas of Environmental Health and Safety, Defence Contracts, Finance, Global Trade, Supplier Management and Data Management.
- Provide high level, confidential and professional administrative support that enables our teams to work within company policies, including Raytheon and Commonwealth security requirements.
- Ensure activities are consistent with overall program data management and approval requirements.
**Skills, Experience and Qualifications**
- Ideally at least 4 years’ experience in a coordinating role within a project-driven, technology-oriented environment. A background in defence industry or military sustainment work will be highly advantageous.
- Proven ability to work in a high-tempo environment and complete work on time and with accuracy, coupled with excellent written and oral communications skills.
- A strong customer service orientation, coupled with skills that enhance team effectiveness and build team cohesion.
- Proven ability to solve problems that may require some analysis to understand and resolve.
- Experience supporting any of the following fields will be highly advantageous: Environmental Health and Safety, Defence Contracts, Finance, Global Trade, Supplier Management or Data
