**ROLE DETAILS**

**Location**: Greensborough, VIC

**Pay rate**: $32-35 per hour plus Super

**Days**:2-3 weekdays of your choice, but ideally including Fridays

**Hours**: 8-10 hours per day (with variation to accomodate a Friday evening babysit every few weeks)

**Child**: 2 year old

**Start date**:June 24th (flexible to find the right person).

**ROLE REQUIREMENTS**
- Permanent Australian Residency
- Valid Working With Children Check
- Valid First Aid and CPR
- Drivers Licence and own car
- Vaccinated against Covid-19
- 3+ years of experience with similar responsibilities
- 2 outstanding references for us to call.

**ROLE DESCRIPTION**

Initially there will be some project-based tasks to tackle - helping the family finish unpacking and setting up their home. Someone who can help them develop sustainable systems to help the household run smoothly and give them more quality family time will be very welcome Ongoing weekly household tasks will include:

- preparing nutritious meals
- grocery shopping/errands
- laundry support
- tidying/organisation
- dog walking.

To be the right person for this role you will have a strong sense of responsibility and will be 'house-proud' (even when it's not your own home). You will be a strong communicator - able to follow instructions but speak up to ask questions or clarify when needed. The family wants to support their Nanager to set them up best for success.

**ABOUT THE FAMILY**
Both parents work full-time and are family-focused when they're not at work. They spend time managing their own household and supporting elderly family members. When they do have leisure time they enjoy going out to eat (as a family and as a couple) and taking their daughter to playgrounds.

Their newly-2 year old has been in full-time childcare for around a year and really enjoys it. The family has two dogs who are part of the household.
