Assembly workers wanted
We are seeking skilled assembly workers to join our National Manufacturing client on Brisbane’s North-side. Working in a manufacturing environment.
You will multi-skill across several different roles.
- Cut and measure products to size
- Assemble parts
- Perform assembly operations for keying systems according to production plan
- Test and visual inspection of the products
- Ensure product quality is always maintained by adhering to systems and procedures
- Manage assigned work in a safe manner
- Responsible for housekeeping of work area
- Problem solve issues when they occur and resolve
- Working in a team environment

Offering work / homelife balance, Early finish on Fridays
- Monday - Thursday Dayshift 2 weeks 6:00 - 2:30 pm
- Friday 2 weeks 6:00 - 12:00pm

Opportunities with a view to permanency after 3 months’ probation
- $26.49 hourly rate

We are looking for reliable people with a positive can-do attitude.
To succeed in these roles your will have the following:

- High level of fitness and good core strength
- Previous experience in a physically demanding high-volume position
- Driver's licence and reliable transport
- Be a citizen, permanent resident of Australia
- 2 x recent checkable work references

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $26.49 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Banyo, QLD 4014: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
