KASHI VISHWANATH PTY LTD T/A Rebound Ultimate Trampoline Park & Play Centre is a, family-friendly indoor play centre catering to all ages, featuring a dedicated toddler area, a massive indoor playground with an exciting ball shooting zone, and a vast trampoline area equipped with the region's largest trick air bag.

**The Role**

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Centre Manager (Accommodation & Hospitality Manager nec) to join our team at Rebound Shepparton. The Centre Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the centre, ensuring a safe and positive environment for all members and staff.

**Salary**

This is for a full-time role with an annual salary of $85000 plus superannuation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and coordinate all aspects of the centre’s daily operations, including staff scheduling, facility upkeep, and customer service.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for visitors and staff.
- Develop and implement engaging programs and activities to enhance visitor experience and promote active lifestyles.
- Lead, supervise, and support staff, providing training and professional development opportunities to foster a motivated team.
- Maintain accurate operational records, including attendance, financial reports, and safety logs.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with visitors, staff, and the wider community to enhance customer engagement.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and efficiently to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and cost control to ensure the centre operates efficiently and profitably.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a management or leadership role, preferably in the recreation, hospitality, or customer service industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations and best practices.
- Ability to develop and implement programs to drive customer engagement and business growth.
- Proficiency in budgeting, financial management, and reporting.
