**Your new role**:
As the HR Manager you will have an amazing opportunity to implement new strategies, be a leader to our outstanding team and be a big part in the growth of the company

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy
- Effectively managing all onboarding, inductions, performance reviews etc.
- Create staff events / gatherings to maintain strong relationships between staff - HAVE FUN
- Assist directors in promoting and building a family-feel business
- Implement training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, manage OHS requirements

**Skills & Experience**:

- Strong communication skills with an inherent ability to build strong lasting relationships with internal and external staff
- Excellent people skills and ability to WANT to help others
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic, evolving work environment
- Be able to manage your own day and make this role your own
- Ability to negotiate, influence and liaise to achieve desired outcomes
- Highly organised, with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a busy environment.
