This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate In-House Technician/Customer Support who is a high-achiever. You are an accomplished go-getter who is able to work in fast-paced environment.

We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated In-House Technician/Customer Support with Electro Mechanical skills to join our Regents Park office.

**Main tasks will include**:

- Provide technical support to customer telephonically.
- Test, troubleshoot and repair electromechanical products in-house.
- Ensure quality standards are met and procedures followed.
- Support the sales team with client enquires.
- Follow safety procedures and instructions and work in a safe manner.
- To maintain and update all records.

**Skills required for this position**:

- Proven working knowledge of electro-mechanical devices (electric motors, gears, hydraulics), low voltage and 240V, and enjoys tinkering with these. A passion for fixing things is what we are after
- Competent in the correct use of hand tools.
- Electrical, electronic and Mechanical skills (whether formal, or self-taught)
- Computer literate.
- Excellent problem solving ability.
- Organised and methodical.
- A current valid driver's licence is a must.
