**Your role as Office Admin / Accounts**:
This is an exciting full-time opportunity for an energetic, pro-active person to manage and co-ordinate all aspects of client support and contact with the business. _You will have experience with accounts and dealing with clients._ Also an enthusiasm for I.T. will be beneficial as this will assist in your learning. You will be working in a relaxed, friendly and professional environment. Career growth could be towards the administration, sales or accounts areas - it's up to you

**Details of the role include**:

- Assisting with accounts - both Debtors and Creditors (Xero)
- Coordinating our response to client issues
- Sending out invoices
- Working with Internal Systems
- Responding to incoming client calls
- Booking service calls
- Organising interstate and local couriers
- Learning about I.T.

This role requires exceptional customer service, confidence in answering a high volume of calls, accuracy and proficiency in using computers and Xero software. Experience with Xero would be desirable but not essential. The Grid promotes a professional and positive environment where teamwork is essential.

Training will also be made available for the successful applicant where required.

The successful applicant will report to Manager when required to ensure the smooth running of the business and other administrative requirements.

**What you need to have**:

- Experience in dealing with clients, especially on the phone
- Experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Open and quick to learn about software and hardware
- Exposure to MS Office and Xero Accounting software
- Attention to detail is important

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
