FOCUS Connect is looking for passionate Aged Care Support Workers to provide in-home, person-centred care across the Northern Sydney region.

We encourage applicants from Hornsby, Wahroonga, Pennant Hills, Asquith, Thornleigh and surrounding suburbs to apply. You’ll support older clients in living independently, safely, and with dignity in their own homes.

**Role Overview**

As a Support Worker, you will assist individuals with daily activities such as meal preparation, medication management, and transportation to appointments. You will also provide emotional support and help clients achieve their goals. Shifts are available throughout South West Sydney, offering flexibility and variety in your workday.

**What We Are Looking For**
- Compassionate and patient attitude
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in Aged Care (preferred)
- Ability to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds

**Requirements**:

- Valid NSW driver’s licence and access to an insured vehicle
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates
- Cleared National Criminal History Check
- Valid Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- Smartphone for rostering app
