**About the Role**:

- We’re looking for a passionate problem solver to join the Customer Experience Team You’ll be the point of contact at Carma to manage all complaints and escalations from Carma customers post delivery. You’ll need to creatively problem solve to ensure any vehicle issues are resolved and the customer is still delighted by their experience with us. This will mean working closely with many departments internally including technicians, detailers, buying and spray painters to align priorities and time frames.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with the workshop and buying team, as well as external contractors, to resolve car uses that have been raised from the customer
- Ensure all customers complaints are resolved in a timely turnaround time, and the NPS is maintained
- Update all systems accordingly to ensure that we have accurate records
- Liaise with a Delivery team to coordinate pickups of return vehicles if needed

**About You**:

- Exceptional experience and skills in customer service
- Ideally you will have a strong automotive background, either within the workshop or service departments
- An interest in the automotive industry, or eager to learn
- Technically savvy, used to working across different systems and able to learn new systems quickly
- Great communication and relationship building skills - you’ll need to work with many different departments
- Excellent objection handling
- Flexible and adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast moving and fast changing environment
- This is a full time role based in our Alexandria, Sydney office space
