An exciting opportunity to manage a holiday park in the beautiful coast in the City of Gold Coast, Queensland.

**The Role**

A once in a lifetime opportunity exists to join the Belgravia Pro Team to oversee the Management of one of the City of Gold Coast Tourist Parks (CoGC TP) award winning parks. The successful applicants will share the CoGC TP and Belgravia Leisure values and will need to be invested in providing the absolute best in Guest service and experiences.

**This park requires a two person lead. Therefore, the ideal scenario would be one person will be the Park Manager and the other would be the Grounds Person.**

To be successful in either of the above stated roles you'll need to be willing to go the extra mile, take pride in your park and manage it as if it were your own. Importantly you'll also be part of an established team of high performing Park Managers that will give and share ideas to ensure the Gold Coast continues to be a world class destination.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, the Park Managers have full responsibility for the operation and customer experience of our campgrounds and tourist parks. Our managers need to be hands-on and possess a positive can-do attitude. Managers oversee small teams and are accountable for the financial outcomes of the business. You must have a commercial mindset and a creative flare for local marketing and community engagement.

A strong Australian based support office and local management teams support our park managers on all areas of WHS, holiday park legislation, IT and HR so you can focus on your delighting guests.

**Selection Criteria**
- An energetic and enthusiastic, hands-on approach
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Outstanding customer service
- Familiarity with RMS 9+ computerised booking system and good computer skills
- Well-developed communication, organisation, administration and management skills
- Demonstrated ability to interact with stakeholders in a professional manner
- Availability to work across a seven-day roster which may include public holidays, weekends, early mornings and evenings

- Current CPR Certificate
- National Police Check Clearance upon on-boarding
- Working with Children’s Check
