We are seeking a reliable front of house staff who has full-time hospitality experience.

This role is 40hrs per week - 5 days a week

**We are open**
Monday to Friday **Café Trade / catering**
Friday Night - Sunday **Private Events/ Catering**

**This role will entail, but not limited to**:

- Setting the Café day to day and ensuring everything is clean and ready for service (napkins/cutlery/salt+pepper)
- Detailed knowledge of our products and procedures ensure stock is rotated and kept fresh at all times
- Take customer orders ( coffee knowledge is a MUST)
- Serving food & beverage orders to customers
- Outstanding customer service skills;
- Build customer rapport
- Working events and offering a professional and hospitable environment for the client
- Be well presented and tidy
- Keeping a clean and tidy work space is a must.
- General cleaning duties to ensure the venue is kept to a high standard of cleanliness.

As a **FRONT OF HOUSE STAFF**you MUST HAVE:

- RSA - RESPONSIBLE SERVICE OF ALCOHOL
- COFFEE KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role;
- Rights to work in Australia
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Hard working & enthusiastic attitude;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Keen eye for detail and cleanliness;
- Fluent English, verbal and written;
- Flexible availability, mornings, and public holidays;
- A vibrant **CAN DO** energy

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
