**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
**We currently have an excellent full-time opportunity for a self-motivated and highly positive person with the desire to further develop their skills and be a part of this dynamic and successful business.**

**Daily duties will involve**:

- Invoicing / Printing / Manifesting
- Data Entry to MYOB
- Goods Inwards Entry
- Stock take entries
- Weekly customer reports
- Greeting customers and suppliers
- Answer phone calls and direct calls as required
- General office duties including filing, banking and other administration tasks as required.

- Honesty, reliability and punctuality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Exceptional problem solving skills and innovative thinking
- Display high enthusiasm to learn new skills.
- Possess excellent time management skills
- Have the ability to self-manage, prioritise and multi-task effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- MYOB EXO experience would be an advantage
- Display a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- The ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Show initiative, be self-motivated and highly organised.
- Possess a strong work ethic and desire to succeed in this role.
