Enterprise Solutions Manager

**Location**: City of Melville Civic Centre

**Salary**: $150,000 - $160,000 pro-rata p.a. + 11.5% Super

**Employment Type**: Permanent, Full-time

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Oversee the development and implementation of enterprise systems, ensuring alignment with business needs and goals
- Ensure quality assurance in projects to maintain consistency in project management and delivery
- Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to the Enterprise Solutions team, with hands-on involvement in system design and architecture as required
- Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management and third-party vendors, to define enterprise solutions
- Monitor the performance of enterprise solutions through analytics and reporting, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
- Implement controls and processes for consistent solutions assessment and project prioritization
- Ensure compliance with industry best practices, including addressing cybersecurity risks and the City’s regulations
- Develop and maintain frameworks, policies, and procedures to promote strong IT and project governance

**What We’re Looking For**
- Formal bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or extensive relevant industry experience
- Strong understanding of software development, system architecture, and IT infrastructure
- Proven leadership skills to guide and inspire a technical team in delivering complex projects
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on critical thinking and attention to detail
- Management of project financials, tracking, monitoring, and reporting on costs
- Strong documentation skills to cater to both business and technical audiences
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to prioritize workloads, remain flexible, and drive project success in a dynamic environment
- Experience with ERP or major systems implementation
