Prinz of Vienna has been serving the WA and Australian market for over two decades with multi award winning products. Our lines of fresh and frozen cakes & pastries are currently reaching large hospitals and aged care providers, mining operations, leading cafes, restaurant chains, busy supermarkets, and corporate caterers.

The roles and responsibilities will include but not limited to:

- Managing Production efficiently and creating production plans to meet demand
- Managing repair and service work effectively to ensure timely and cost-effective solutions
- Assist Management with reports to understand and improve efficiencies in Production
- Working with the bakers & pastry chefs to test new products and manage production schedule
- Work closely with the QA Coordinator to ensure operations are compliant with food safety plans and legislative requirements for food processing and production
- Drive improvements in line efficiencies and productivity
- Control waste and maintain uniformity in quality Control labour costs and staffing arrangements
- Promote a strong sense of work health and safety
- Ensure fresh ingredients and supplies are available when daily production starts
- Creating process standards
- Follow, improve & maintain the company's HACCP program

The Right Person must have:

- At least 5 year experience within manufacturing and ideally within the bakery industry
- Understanding of the various Australian Food Safety standards (HACCP etc)
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage a production plan and troubleshoot quickly to adjust where needed
- Australian work Authorization is mandatory
- Commercial acumen, and the ability to understand effective and efficient business operations
- Preferably Graduate or above level qualification

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Penalty rates

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Booragoon, WA 6154: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
