Ciel Collection is a stylish and contemporary retail store in Drummoyne, offering a curated selection of fashion and accessories We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service and a welcoming shopping experience. We are looking for a friendly and motivated Retail Assistant to join our team We are looking for someone who can do more than **20 hours a week**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide outstanding customer service and create a positive shopping experience
- Assist customers with product selection and styling advice
- Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately
- Maintain store presentation and restock merchandise as needed
- Answer customer inquiries and provide product recommendations
- Support the team in achieving sales targets and store goals

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A warm, friendly, and customer-focused attitude
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A passion for retail and an eye for detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required
- Previous retail experience is a plus but not essential
