About the Role

As a Fragrance Assistant, you'll provide personalised product advice, maintain inviting displays, and ensure a great customer experience every time.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting customers with fragrance enquiries and offering tailored recommendations
  • Replenishing stock and maintaining clean, well-organised displays
  • Processing purchases at the Point-of-Sale (POS)
  • Supporting promotional activities and ensuring pricing is accurate
  • Working as part of a collaborative, fast-moving team

  • Previous experience in fragrance, beauty, or pharmacy is a plus – but not required (training provided)
