**Role - Sales Consultant**

**Position: Permanent Part-time or Full-time (On-Site)**

**Location: Condell Park, NSW 2200**

Our client is one of the growing premier Registered Training Organisation (RTO), specialising in the construction, carpentry, painting, landscape, plumbing, cabinet making and demolition. Located in the thriving southwest of Sydney, they take pride in offering dynamic learning experiences and preparing students for success in their trade careers.

**What We Are Looking For**:
We are looking for an individual who is a committed self-starter with a drive to succeed and the ability to follow company principles and policy that will lead to that success. Experience in selling is preferred but not essential.

**Initial Responsibilities Will Include**:

- Carry out market research on Recognition of Prior Learning.
- Enhance your selling skills.
- Understand business processes.

**Future Responsibilities Will Include**:

- Build, promote and develop business with existing customers.
- Identify and develop new key customers over the phone and meet them in person.
- Provide objective and structured feedback.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain effective customer records.
- Conduct professional presentations to prospective customers.
- Develop long term plans that detail Objectives, Strategies and Tactics for securing new account business.
- Achieve sales target and meet KPI.

**Requirements**:

- Experience: 0-1 years in sales
- Good communication skills
- Very Fluent in English

**Salary & Benefits**:
$700 - $900 per week+ Commission

A successful Sales Consultant can earn minimum of $3000 - $5000 per month commission which could lead to $35000 to $55000 a year depending on your ability of sales.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $700.00 - $900.00 per week

Expected hours: 24 - 38 per week
