Position Summary

**Job Description**:
Directs the design of electronic games, owns the technical and creative vision, and is accountable for on-time, on-budget production of assigned games.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Effectively and flexibly mobilize all kinds of resources, achieve optimal resource allocation, and effectively complete games projects- Support all game development by working with other Studio teams- Partner with multi-disciplinary EGM development teams- Planning and taking accountability of game deliverables commensurate within the product plan- Optimize game delivery, manage teams, deliver games on time- Providing prompt answers to questions regarding the games and all other necessary issues to studio Head and managers- Works with the regulatory agencies as needed to address and resolve game-related compliance issues

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Strong knowledge of slot machine development- Ability to cooperate to solve issues encountered in game development- An ability to communicate clearly throughout the organization- Must be detail orientated and well organized- Able to manage multiple projects- Results driven approach and ability to motivate a team- Highly organized and strong ability to prioritize work- Must have good execution and influence, problem solving ability and dedication- Able to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously- have at least one game related job skill is a plus

Experience, Education and Qualification:
- At least 5 years of gaming development experience or project management experience and have recognized capabilities- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
