Position Summary- Design and create illustrations for EGM products, from initial concept through to final polished assets- Create visually impactful symbol sets, UI elements and layouts that fit within a given theme- Produces digital graphics and/or animations. Develops product concept, strategy and theme- Liaise with software engineers, game designers to ensure correct file management- Managing all files and art assets- Creating fonts, logos, game layouts and branding- Contributes to a range of deliverables within the assigned studio team- Creates layouts from existing game designs- Participates in team meetings to share relevant information and technology transfer

**Qualifications**:
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Adobe Photoshop experience essential. Previous experience with AfterEffects animation highly regarded, but not essential-
- A solid understanding of facial anatomy, materials, lighting, values, colour.- Ability to follow/maintain stringent guidelines- Ability to manage their time and meet deadlines- Experience working in a fast paced production environment- Requires extensive understanding of all art and files preparation, layout procedures and processes, type design and manipulation- Must have multi-tasking experience and abilities- Must be able to effectively communicate at both the lowest and highest levels in the organization- Must be detail oriented and well organized.- Gaming industry/related experience preferred

Highly Desirable skills:
- Graphic design, typography, branding and layout skills- Background in traditional art and drawing- Animation, 2D or 3D

Experience, Education and Qualification:
- 2+ years’ experience in Illustration, design, layout, as well as rendering skills, and animation/motion design- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
