**Your New Role**:
In this role, you'll lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow modules tailored to our Enterprise Service Management (ESM) needs. Your expertise in ServiceNow solutions will be pivotal in creating seamless forms, optimizing workflows, and defining data interfaces to empower our education-focused business logic.

**What You'll Need to Succeed**:

- Strong experience in ServiceNow module design and customization.
- Ability to architect ServiceNow solutions, design data models, and integrate systems.
- Technical leadership skills, guiding the development team on best practices.
- Collaboration with stakeholders to align solutions with business goals.
- Expertise in maintaining CMDB and Service Catalog, and familiarity with ESM/ITSM modules.
- Proven track record in analysing, designing, and documenting ServiceNow solutions.
