Cafe Venue Manager

**Your key responsibilities will include (but not limited too)**
- Financials - including labour, revenue & budget targets
- Managing staffing requirements, recruitment, and rosters
- Ordering and replenishing stock, including stocktakes
- Responsible for Local Area Marketing and monthly Community Initiatives
- Customer Service standards of excellence
- Leadership and Training
- Compliance regarding Food Safety and WHS in line with company requirements

**Qualifications & Experience**
- 3-5 years in a similar role
- relevant experience similar to food and beverage in a franchise system is preferred; and / or similar business ownership experience
- Great time management and works well under pressure
- High standard of personal hygiene and presentation
- Highly skilled in Finance
- Proven success in creating marketing strategies
- able to motivate team to achieved business targets
- A team player

We are on a mission to provide real wholefoods to our local communities - all the food you love just without the nasties. We promote our Operating Partners to be intrapreneurial and innovate with the offering of their menu and services within the guidelines of G.R.O.W:

**Organic - **Where possible. Sourcing from farmers who support the environment and our health.

**Wholefoods** - Real food. No additives. No nasties. Minimally processed. Predominantly gluten-free. Eg no industrial oils, no meats with chemical nitrates, no beverages like Coke and Pepsi (replaced with natural sodas like 'Naked').

All of our venues are different. Local. Our Operating Partners are responsible for understanding their local community and market, and tailoring the venue for the community. To achieve this, we will recruit business leaders who know how to build, lead and manage a strong hospitality business - and incentivise them by way of a profit share in their business.

**We provide**:

- Systems to empower our people to build their business, and training to upskill them in areas of opportunity.
- A range of recipes including items from our central production kitchen that are the GROW criteria approved - for Operating Partners and their chefs to develop their own local menu in collaboration with the GROW Support Crew.
- Workshops and development in the GROW culture and philosophy. Eg farm field trips, waste management training, and speaking events by thought leaders in the wellness and sustainability spaces.

**We offer**

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

- Day shift

- Cafe/Restaurant Management: 3 years (required)
- Franchise management: 1 year (required)
- Supervising: 3 years (required)
