**The Role**:
We are currently seeking creative and dynamic Program Coordinators to lead our team of educators at one of our services in the Perth Metro Area
- 7:00am - 9:00am and 2:30pm - 6:00pm (Plus weekly admin hours)
- Permanent Part-Time/ Full time Employment
- Above Award Pay + Split Shift Allowances

**Responsibilities**:

- Create a welcoming environment for our children, families, and staff
- Plan an engaging and exciting program that is tailored to the children who attend our service
- Manage compliance and medical documentation for the service
- Create a positive relationship with the school community, including engaging in school events, assemblies & theme weeks
- Manage a team of educators who support you at the service

**About You**:

- You are a natural leader that can inspire a team
- Problem-solving is your second language
- Previous experience within the sector is ideal but not essential
- Have a passion for working with children and having fun while you work

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 30-38 per week

**Salary**: $33.00 - $37.00 per hour
