**Your new company**
Due to significant growth, an opportunity has arisen for multiple highly experienced Customer Contact Consultants to join this reputable Not for Profit organisation on the Gold Coast on a temporary basis.

**Your new role**
In your new role you will be required to handle high volume calls, answering a variety of queries from members of the public utilising internal systems. Providing excellent customer service on every call and directing calls appropriately.

**What you'll need to succeed**
To be considered for this role you will have and be able to demonstrate at least 12 months inbound call centre experience and have strong communication skills, both written and verbal
