- **Your Role as a Plant Operator**:

- As a Plant Operator, you will play a crucial role in the ongoing maintenance of our horticultural assets across the Shire. This physical and fulfilling position requires self-management and teamwork to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently, effectively, and safely.
- **Who We're Looking For**:

- A valid Class MR driver’s licence (or willingness to obtain one within 3 months) and a NSW WHS General Induction Card (White card) are essential.
- Experience in a similar role, with skills in operating tractors, ride-on mowers, and wood-chippers.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to safety practises.

- **Hours of work**: Permanent Full Time 38 hours per week with a 9 day fortnight.
