About the Role
Join the team at Calvary John James Hospital as a CSSD Aide/Technician, ensuring that sterilised medical equipment is readily available in areas utilising reusable medical devices.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Collect, clean, package, sterilise, and store medical equipment
Maintain accurate documentation in line with policies, procedures, and industry standards, reporting non-conformances as required
Participate in daily controls, testing, monitoring, and validation processes
**What You Bring**:
Experience working in a sterilising unit
Knowledge and understanding of AS4187 standards
Certificate III in Sterilising Services (or equivalent) or willingness to obtain
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
A commitment to providing high-quality care in a mission-based organisation
