**Trade Marketing Assistant**

We have an exciting opportunity to join an iconic Australian-owned company to be their Trade Marketing Assistant and be part of a highly driven Trade Marketing Team. You will be working across beauty and skincare that will report to the Trade Marketing Manager and work on cross-functional internal and external departments to deliver and execute merchandising plans in-store as per the yearly calendar. This is great for someone with administrative or operational background and is a self-motivator.

**What you will be doing**:

- Provide administrative support, including but not limited to raising purchase order requests, item code creation, tester & parcel builds, POS delivery tracking, and responding to field queries.
- Support the execution of seasonal/temporary POS in line with trade operational requirements and budget.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure POS in-market rollouts are completed on time and as planned.
- Monitor and support the implementation of monthly merchandising visits across all retailers.
- Track and report merchandising compliance for key promotional activities/launches and follow up on maintenance requirements on a store-by-store basis.
- Maintain clear communication on weekly WIPs, with external vendors and merchandising agencies.

**Ideally you will have**:

- +2 year experience in an executive, operational or administrative support position preferably in FMCG or retail.
- Degree qualified ideally in commercial/marketing.
- Strong ability to multitask and prioritise.
- A team player, with strong interpersonal and communication.
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office.
- Passionate about learning and developing new skills.
