**What this job involves**

The Property and Facilities Assistant will assist the Operations Manager with the delivery of quality property and facilities management services across a government owned portfolio.
- Assist with preparation of budgets, outgoings recoveries, forecasts and graphs.
- Assist with monthly reports preparation
- Issue purchase orders and set up contracts in PAMS.
- Monitor and actively pursue rental arrears
- Assist in Rent Review process (Fixed and CPI)
- Coding of creditor Tax Invoices
- Assistance with Tenant Account Queries
- Assist with production of Tenant Tax Invoices and Reconciliations across portfolio.
- Liaise with contractors, tenants, owners as required to assist Operations Manager in delivering facilities management services.
- Co-ordinate Contractor Inductions and Site Access
- Co-ordinate Tenant Work Requests and Maintenance Tasks through Evolution
- Maintenance Contract Administration
- Asset Registration Management
- Co-ordinate, Set Agendas and Minute Monthly Tenant Meetings
- General Administration, filing and assistance as required.
