**The Role**:
Working alongside an experienced and talented sales team within a **state-of-the-art** showroom, as the business manager **you'll** have the opportunity to help drive our vision of '**Complete Customer Satisfaction'**. With an extensive range of financial and insurance services operating out of one the **largest BMW dealership in Western Sydney**, the opportunities are endless for you to form meaningful customer connections while taking advantage of an **uncapped commission structure**. You will ensure the profitable sale of finance, insurance and extended warranties through offering flexible finance arrangements to our customers and developing long term repeat business for the company.

**Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to**:

- Proactive and consistent introduction of both Finance and Insurance products to customers
- Ensure all avenues of finance are explored to provide the customer with best finance facilities
- Monitoring, managing, and motivating your team on their achievement to performance expectations

**What we need from you**:

- Previous automotive sales experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Finance and Insurance knowledge (accredited with Finance providers).
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Advanced interpersonal skills
- KPI focused and highly self motivated
