Our client is a reputable company with a national footprint in the transport & distribution sector.

We are currently seeking an experienced Data Entry at their North Fremantle locations.

**Role Responsibilities**
- Data extraction & entry for new WMS
- Data entry of packing lists for warehouse unpacks
- Processing of new shipments via Web Orders / EDI in system
- Ensure shipments are updated with cargo details from packing list prior to FFD of vessel
- Assist Warehouse Manager with reporting as required
- Provide support to team members as required
- Assist with Warehouse invoicing & costings
- Investigate and resolve any Warehousing rate issues or dispute, prior to invoicing

**Job Type**: Temporary
Contract length: 4 months

**Salary**: $29.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Fremantle, WA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- MS Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Data entry: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
