About the Role

As a Privacy Officer, you will collaborate with the privacy team to:
Perform administrative tasks to support the efficient operation of the privacy team
Prepare advice for departmental staff in relation to privacy management and compliance
Undertake allocated activities within the department's privacy management plan for maturing the department's privacy management practices
Support senior and principal privacy officers with stakeholder engagement activities on privacy matters to ensure adequate protection of student, staff and parent/carer personal information
Review threshold privacy assessments with support from senior privacy officers.
