About the Role

Putting our customers first is at the very core of who we are

**Key areas of responsibilities**:

- Providing an exceptional level of service to our external customers and provide a high level of support to your Sales Development Manager (SDM)
- Appointment setting and calendar management for your SDM
- Site and lead qualification and outbound calls to customers
- Management of leads and prospects, and NetSuite database management
- Processing of customer orders and generating quotes

**Skills and Experiences**:
Desired Skills and Experience
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Experience with business software platforms including ERP, CRM, project management and BI Tools is highly desirable
- Proficient understanding of IT and computer operating systems
- Well organised and able to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills
- Problem solver with a can-do attitude
- Team-player
- Passionate about providing support and achieving great results
