**The Role**

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Consultant to join our 2025 Graduate Program as part of our Family Office team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our high-net-worth clients with their personal and financial affairs. The role offers excellent opportunities for professional development through a variety of learning with each day being different.

Graduate Program
- In your first 2 weeks as a Moore Australia (VIC) Graduate you will participate in a structured Graduate Orientation.
- Orientation will consist of a mixture of activities including getting to know your colleagues, your buddy, and your team; introductions to all our service lines; systems training; compliance programs; soft skill trainings and lunch with our CEO.
- You will have the opportunity to attend the National Graduate Conference where you will meet our National Team and connect with other Graduates across our Australia network.
- You will take a deep dive into your chosen service line, with a comprehensive training program to gain a strong understanding of your new role and equip you with the skills for a successful start to your career.
- You will learn about all the Learning and Development opportunities available to you, including the CA Program, and our ongoing Moore Australia Graduate training programs.

As a Graduate Consultant in our Family Office team, you will be involved in:

- Communicating with clients to develop an understanding of their needs and assist with queries
- Supporting client meetings by assisting with preparation and minute taking
- Perform accounting tasks including reconciliations, cash flow statements, financial statements, Business Activity Statements (BAS), and Instalment Activity Statements (IAS) and monthly reports.
- Assist with family governance and estate planning
- Provide support for investment decisions and strategies
- Collaborate on the development and implementation of process improvements.
- Contribute to special projects based on specific client needs or requests.

**Eligibility**
- Completed an accounting degree, or Commerce/Business-related degree (Majoring in Accounting)
- Be available to commence February 2025
