**About the role**:
**A great opportunity has become available for 2x Process Operators to join a well respected industry leader in Rare Mineral Mining. You will have a can do attitude and a demonstrated initiative to achieve site operational excellence with a strong focus on safety and productivity.**

**This role is primarily responsible for ensuring the plant is operated safely to ensure production targets are met in order to meet customer requirements at full potential by**:

- Operating both fixed and mobile plant and equipment
- Undertaking regular plant inspections and completing check sheets making plant available to enable timely and effective maintenance
- Undertaking appropriate risk and hazard assessments to ensure a safe working environment is sustained.

- **To be successful in tis role you will have**:

- High standards for behaviour that aligns with our values
- Commitment to a pro-active approach to safety and the environment
- Good numeracy, literacy and computer capacity
- Strong communication an interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated commitment to further training and skills development
- Solid work experience as a Process Operator.
- Valid unrestricted drivers licence essential.
- HR - EWP/ Skid steer / Loader, Desirable.
