**Position: Customer Care Team Member - Casual Role**
**Location: Lifeworks Occupational Therapy (Mt Lawley)**

Look no further Lifeworks Occupational Therapy, a private practice located in Mount Lawley, Western Australia, is seeking a friendly and dedicated Customer Care Team Member to join our team. Our organisation focuses in providing exceptional mental health and pain care services to our clients.

As a Customer Care Team Member, you will:

- Be the friendly face and voice of our clinic, connecting with clients, medical professionals, and our growing team of clinicians;
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls while welcoming clients at reception;
- Manage client appointments, including scheduling, cancellations, and payment and paperwork follow-up;
- Managing invoicing and billing for appointments;
- Keep client files up to date with accurate information; and
- Greet clients with a warm and welcoming attitude

We are looking for someone who:

- Has administrative experience. Medical admin experience is preferred;
- Has a compassionate and understanding nature;
- Is patient, empathetic, and a problem solver;
- Has strong time management skills and enjoys managing different tasks and projects;
- Has experience with Google Workspace and Power Diary. If you don’t have experience with these tools, we are more than happy to provide training; and
- Has a caring and empathetic nature
