**About the role**

Ventia has a long-standing partnership with Qenos, and we are seeking several experienced & qualified Trade Assistants for shutdown work as a casual at their Altona Facility.

The primary purpose of this role is to is to assist various tradesmen to ensure smooth running’s of daily tasks. You will be working alongside some fantastic people and contributing to the growth of the company as well as growing your skills and experience.

**About you**
- A proactive, motivated mindset, someone who thrives when working under pressure.
- The ability to take instruction and prioritise any delegated responsibilities
- Working at Heights valid within 2 years (mandatory)
- Enter and Work in Confined Spaces valid within 2 years (mandatory)
- High Risk License
- Ability to pass pre-employment medical including D&A
- Current Driver’s License

**What will you be doing**
- Helping trades personnel with all types of required work
- Assisting in maintenance and storeroom tasks
- Maintaining the work area in a neat and orderly manner
- Operating plant and equipment where qualified and licenced to do so
