**About Our Client**:
My client is an industry leader in the arts industry. Their speciality is in partnering with artists, architects, designers and infrastructure developers to create modern art installations on a multi-national scale.

They have well-established partnerships with a vast array of clients, including local, state, and federal governing bodies throughout the world, to make the world a more beautiful place through architecture, manufacturing, and design.

This role will be responsible for the end to end Accounts Receivable function across domestic and a small amount of international projects.

The daily duties include:

- Invoice receipting, maintaining up-to-date billing system, with robust follow-up, collection, and allocation of payments
- Daily bank reconciliations
- Perform account reconciliation and monitor customer account details for non-payment, delayed payments, and other anomalies
- Work with sales and accounts team to support collection processes.
- General administrative duties as required

**The Successful Applicant**:
Other desirable experience includes:

- Great attention to detail
- Ability to work to deadlines.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office products, including Excel.
- Ability to follow-up on problems through to resolution.

**What's on Offer**:
On offer is initially a 12-month Fixed-Term Contract, however there is a likelihood for further opportunities beyond this initial period.

I have a salary of circa. $65-70k + Super (Pro-Rata) for this role. The business is also able to offer flexible working hours, as well as some work from home opportunities after the first few months.
