We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Evening Manager to join the team. As the Evening Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant during dinner service. You will embody our commitment to excellence and uphold our standards of service while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the evening operations of the restaurant, ensuring efficient workflow and exceptional service delivery.
- Manage and lead a team of servers, hosts, and support staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food orders.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner, striving to resolve issues promptly and to the guest's satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory management, including ordering supplies as needed.
- Uphold compliance with all relevant regulations and licensing requirements, including Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA).

**Requirements**:

- Previous managerial experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Proven experience in managing dinner service operations.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in problem-solving and conflict resolution.
- RSA certification.

**Schedule**:

- Wednesday to Sunday evenings

Pay: $62,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
