**About the Role**

We are seeking a positive and engaging Telephone Sales Representative to join our inbound Call Centre Sales Team.

Key responsibilities include:

- Receive inbound calls from non-members in response to promotional campaigns or member needs
- Handle all new member enquiries
- To provide answers to any enquiries in a clear non-technical manner
- Maintain confidentiality of member information
- Maintain accuracy of member information

**About You**
- Strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service & sales
- Previous experience in a Call Centre
- Desire and commitment to work within a team dedicated to achieving team and individual performance objectives
- A positive attitude and willingness to embrace change
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent telephone communication skills
