**Your responsibilities**:
In summary, you'll:

- Business partner with all Commercial Teams and Senior Management to develop and build strong relationships
- Work with all stakeholders of CFC’s to drive efficiencies, save costs and challenge the status quo to ensure targets are delivered. Identify opportunities and push them through to deliver improvements.
- Manage and develop direct reports ensuring that each respective function receive the right level of financial input, support and challenge.
- Coach the wider Finance team to ensure a smooth Forecast and Month End proces
- Drive business performance through aligning local Market decisions with Area and Global priorities
- Analyse financial data to provide insight that will inform cost management and profit maximisation.

**The experience we're looking for**:

- Proven expertise in audit, financial accounting, or corporate finance within dynamic business environments.
- Skilled in building relationships and effectively communicating to influence across all levels of the organisation.
- A forward-thinking, global outlook with the ability to deliver results under pressure.
- A results-driven approach with a track record of using analytical skills to improve business processes.
