As part of the Quanta Services Group, a Fortune 300 Company, Consolidated Power Projects Australia (CPP) is an industry leader in utility and renewable high-voltage power solutions. We specialise in the design, construction, commissioning and maintenance of high voltage infrastructure such as transmission substations, wind farms and battery storage systems.

The Opportunity

Our Trade Assistants work on high voltage substation and assist in delivering projects for the greater good of our environment.

As one of CPP’s Trade Assistants you will work on industry leading projects that are contributing to Australia's renewable energy future. You will be rewarded with excellent working conditions under our enterprise agreement such as highly competitive rates, overtime and allowances for living away from home whilst being supported to grow your career in the renewables industry.

CPP are currently recruiting multiple permanent Trade Assistants for our landmark Golden Plains Wind Farm project based 60km northwest of Geelong. Golden Plains is the largest wind farm in the Southern Hemisphere and will power more than 750,000 homes.

**Skills and Experiences**:
About You

**To be successful in this role, you will possess**:

- A drive to contribute to Australia’s renewable future
- Industry White Card
- Australian Driver’s licence
- Previous experience as a trade assistant from a similar industry
- Prior experience working on substations is favourable however not essential - training and support will be provided
