**The Company**

A successful family-owned Aged Care business boasting a reputation of high-performance and innovation, our client requires an experienced
**Accounts Payable Officer **who will also assist with other adhoc finance duties.

**The Role**

Reporting to the Senior Accountant, this is a full function Accounts Payable role with opportunity to support the finance team across clerical accounting duties and assist with month end. Daily tasks will include the following:

- Responsibility for the smooth operation of accounts payable including data input of invoices, matching, batching and coding of invoices, and assisting with payment processes
- Supplier Management - ensuring suppliers are paid to guidelines, relationships are managed effectively, dispute management & general enquiries
- Corporate credit card reconciliation process
- Bank reconciliations
- Assisting the Senior Accountant with month end and other adhoc accounting tasks as required
