We're looking for a perfect fit rather than a perfect list of skills.

As a Solution Consultant, you will be working with our pre-sales and implementation teams to design and plan Integration solutions for our customers. This is an opportunity to either work through the entire delivery process - from initial customer meetings through to production deployment OR focus purely on presales activities.

You will be responsible for contributing to proposal writing and customer presentations as well as preparing solution documentation. Formal architecture qualifications are not required but you will need to be able to explain designs to multiple audiences with varying levels of technical ability.

You will have the opportunity to learn from our senior architects and mentor other members of our Architecture and software development practices.

**Experience Required**
- 10 years experience building technical solutions as a developer or integrator or in development focused role with at least 1 year supporting and/or leading the design of solutions. This role is.Net and Azure Integration Platform focused but if you have similar Mulesoft, Boomi, or any other integration platform experience and want to dive into Microsoft technologies please reach out. We've asked for 10 years experience as we're looking for skills gained over time and experience but if you've had a varied career before jumping into technology you may still be a fit.

**Skills Required**:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills. A big part of this role is writing and presenting for a range of audiences.
- Ability to effectively recognise and adapt to change.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- High level of enthusiasm, a strong work ethic, and highly self-motivated.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with a wide range of individuals in a diverse community.

**Learning Opportunities**
Our team is entirely focused on delivering Microsoft Solutions for our customers. Our solutions require components from across the Microsoft stack often including Dynamics 365 and data warehousing based on Azure Data services. This is an opportunity not just to learn more about Integration on Microsoft platforms but to get involved in the wider range of technologies our teams use to deliver solutions.

**Time**
This is primarily a pre-sales role, so we aim to provide as much flexibility as possible with regards to working location and times (we are 40hr / week but definitely not 9-5 in the office). That said, there will be periods where tight deadlines require more effort than usual. We aim to give you the tools (prioritisation, workload management) so that you are able to manage your time effectively to minimise these periods. Part-time arrangements can also be supported.
