Silvan, Australia JFT Nurseries Full time

We are seeking a motivated, reliable team member to join our Production team for our bare root harvest (June - July), with possibility for extension past this time. Previous experience working in a wholesale nursery, or the horticulture industry is highly regarded but not essential.

**Core responsibilities**:
Bareroot harvest duties including but not limited to:

- Processing and grading mechanically harvested trees
- Tying tree bundles
- Sorting and processing tree bundles in preparation for order selection
- Loading trailers / trucks

General nursery and labouring duties including but not limited to:

- Potting
- Propagation
- Watering
- Weeding

**Qualifications & experience**
- Current driver's licence
- Experience working in horticulture or farming beneficial
- Tractor driving experience an advantage

**Skills & attributes**
- Reliable and motivated
- Able to follow instructions and work within the nurseries established processes and procedures
- Contributes positively to the team
