**Job Description**:
**Day to day for this role includes but won't be limited to**:

- Efficiently coordinate daily production schedules for timely project completion.
- Confirm and assist daily deliverables, ensuring accurate and timely delivery to clients.
- Perform quality control checks on post-production outputs before sending to the Network Programming Center.
- Manage an assigned list of projects, ensuring on-time delivery of promotional content.
- Proactively communicate with teams to address challenges or delays in promo deliveries.
- Conduct end-of-night checks to ensure completed processes and project readiness for the next day.
- Address outstanding issues promptly for workflow continuity.
- Coordinate delivery of post-production content for social media platforms, ensuring compliance with specifications and schedules.

**Qualifications**:
**What we would like to see on your resume**:

- Previous exposure and experience to a coordination role
- Experience in Media is highly desirable
- Demonstrated experience in utilising Media Asset Management and Production Asset Management systems
- Ability to handle multiple deadlines at once
- Seamless communication both verbally and written
- Ability to liaise and work collaboratively with various stakeholders
