**Role Summary**:
The Leadership Development Program Specialist is a newly created opportunity in our Learning Academy team based at our Perth CBD office.

The purpose of this role is to assist Synergy design, deliver and manage, measure and evaluate the leadership, talent and capability programs that will enable Synergy to build a workforce that will align to Synergy’s future capability requirements.

**Key responsibilities of the role include**:

- Use instructional design methodologies and tools to assess leadership learning needs and build leadership learning products and experiences that drive mindset and capability shifts aimed at facilitating the achievement of synergy’s strategic goals and leadership competencies.
- Design, implement, deliver, maintain, measure ROI, and evaluate the following leadership programs, including workshop and on-the job supporting material, ensuring their alignment and consistency to Synergy’s learning strategy and leadership framework
- Facilitates Synergy’s leadership program’s competency-based assessments
- Develops and maintains relationships with external vendors, partners and consultants involved in the development of leadership programs
- Coach aspiring people leaders and people leaders and facilitates the creation, implementation and monitoring of tangible action plans with them and their managers and maintains coaching records for analysis

**What you’ll bring**:

- Undergraduate degree in Business, Leadership, Organisational Development, Organisational Psychology MLA, HR
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or higher
- Strong experience in the development and delivery of contemporary learning and leadership development interventions.
- Demonstrated experience in learning and leadership development roles, including projects requiring change management strategies, stakeholder engagement, influential communications, co-design, facilitation, and learning & development activities
- Coaching certification recognised by International Coaching Federation is highly desirable
