**About the role**:
**Lead the delivery of a First Of A Kind capability to the Defence and Intelligence Sector**

**What You'll Do**:
You will lead the governance and delivery management of the development of First Of A Kind capability, delivering a series of internal work packages but also external work packages delivered to Vault by the leading companies in the sector. The **Program Manager** will take accountability and responsibility for a number of cloud transformation and IT integration projects, coordinating with internal resources, partners, agencies and the National Security sector to ensuring they are efficiently managed and delivered in line with schedule, cost and quality expectations.

**Who You Are**:
You have experience delivering complex ICT programs, ideally in a defence and intelligence context and love bringing together all the various pieces in a synchronous manner. You are someone that can engage across multiple functions and lead people to deliver together.

- Due to requiring NV2 Clearance, Australian Citizenship is essential
- MSP and/or Prince2 delivery experience
- Coaching and mentoring a team to success and driving a culture of accountability
- Demonstrated experience delivering complex ICT programs (Cloud Transformation / Data Migration or IT Integration projects)
- Core program management competencies including scope management, scheduling, budget management, and stakeholder/risk management
- Managing cross-functional teams to deliver required outcomes
- Experience operating within an Australian Government Agency context
