**Supervisor - Mechanical - Outages**

- This position will work closely with the Superintendent, their Leading Hands and work crews to ensure the work crew is set up to succeed, where schedule is considered, and work is performed in a safe and reliable manner.
- To be considered for a role the following skills and experience would be preferred:

- Cert III in Engineering - Mechanical
- Demonstrated experience in power station Supervisory roles
- Demonstrated experience in workforce allocation and management, conducting pre-starts, toolboxes etc
- Ability to read and interpret schedules and provide accurate schedule updates
- Strong commitment to developing and maintaining a safe working environment
- Ability to prioritise, plan, organise and complete work within established deadlines
- Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with people at all levels in an informative and positive manner
- Strong client focus and a genuine desire to assist team members
