The Company
We are the professional manufacturer of standard & custom joineries; bathroom vanity; mirror cabinet and plantation shutter, also supply range of stones; ceramic products and etc. We run a rapidly growing, expanding business that rewards and values our staff. We look to employ our staff for the long term and provide opportunities for progression within the business. We are now opening a full-time opportunity for an experienced receptionist and administrator.

Working on a dual reception desk, your responsibilities will include not limited to:

- Prepare for meetings - setup, etc;
- Manage in-store sales and phone orders; taking payments;
- issuing sales invoices and handling sales PO;
- Greet walk-in clients and assist accordingly; ( commission on each successful in-store sales )
- General office admin duties around office;
- Support daily function of reception desk, complete daily reports;
- Admin support for in-store sales orders and pickup orders;
- arranging trades and job deliveries; sending reminders.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in front desk, hospitality and sales
- Confident and professional approach with superior customer service skill
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and an attention to detail
- Strong working knowledge of Excel and openness to learn new technologies
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Self starter who can manage multiple projects and meeting deadlines

Monday to Friday 9.30am to 4pm ( 30mins lunch break ) Full time or part time

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- MS Office: 2 years (preferred)
- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (preferred)
